Small Claims. The Advocate Fund focuses on providing finance for smaller claims, traditionally under served in the Australian market. By applying an efficient funding model and correctly pricing for risk, smaller claims are pursued with reasonable terms of finance.
Corporate Funding. We work closely with large private and public companies and top tier firms to fund a portfolio of plaintiff litigation, allowing companies to move risk and associated cost off balance sheet.
Class Action. The Advocate Fund provides funding for genuine small to medium sized class action claims including shareholder, financial product, consumer and product and environment class actions.
Insolvency. Claims arising where companies which are in financial distress or otherwise unable to meet their debt obligations, including unfair preferences, uncommercial or fraudulent transactions, insolvent trading, unfair loans and unreasonable director related transactions.
